I have a emg 85 in the bridge and was wondering what other emg pickup will be most compatable with this.

I have an Ibanez RG with an EMG 81, and 85… its got beautiful tone.. I would highly recommend an 81.

I just ordered some tickets from ticketmaster and I used the the retail outlet pickup option. I can’t find out when I’ll be able to pick them up? Will it be a few days or 24 hours at least, or right before the show? I’d appreciate the help.

When I order my tickets through Ticketmaster and pick retail outlet as the option, I grab ‘em either a couple days after I buy ‘em or the day of the concert. Call ahead if you’re on a schedule.

All they do at the retail outlet is printing the tickets. So, theoretically, you can pick them up when you buy them.

I recently bought a Washburn WI15 electric guitar and an amp but i don’t know how to set the knobs and pickup selector to get distortion!!

Besides, it has 4 knobs so i’m really confused!!

Guitars do not create distortion. It requires an amp with a distortion setting built in or an effects pedal that can distort the signal.

I am not familiar with that specific model, but two of those knobs are probably the volume for each pick-up and the other two are the tone controls. They will not distort no matter what you do with them.

So here is the math. An average pickup artists would have 7-10 people On average to his seminars. Average is maybe $900-$1500 per person. And they would have like 15 seminars a month.
So like I need another person’s opinion, does anyone know how much they make annually? on average.

$123,500 after expenses

I just purchased a 88 Silverado pickup with a bench seat. I want to replace them with bucket seats or split bench.
What year can I go up to to get a fit that wont require any modification.
I also want to change the wheels.

Any 88-98 (and ’99 fullsize SUV) truck/fullsize-SUV seats will bolt right in. The body pan is the same through the years.

Wheels are the same way.

My ukulele came in yesterday, but the screws that hold the pickup system into the body have stripped holes. There is little space I could possibly superglue the system into the body of the uke? I would be super-gluing plastic to a laminate mahogany.

Superglue might damage the finish to the uke. Get some minwax wood filler and apply it to the holes. Wait for it to dry. Then screw the pup in place.

What is the average price to have an electric guitar pickup installed? Can this be done in retail stores such as Guitar Center?

anywhere between 30 -100 depending on the guitar and pickup. (assuming you already have the pickup)
And yes guitar center and most guitar shops can do this

I’ve heard that there are municipalities all over the world that charge for garbage pickup by the weight of residents’ bags. Can anybody shed any light on how this is done?

Do they weigh the bags on the spot and charge accordingly, or are households responsible for doing this? I know of places which charge by volume, surcharges billed according to a sort of scanned code on the trash bins. Is it similar for weights?

In some cases they charge money for a certain size trash bags that are designed to hold a certain amount of weight. While the garbage collectors do not weigh the bags when they pick them up, if the bags were well over the weight limit, then I image the collectors would leave the bags. So the resident pays for trash pick up based on the number of bags they buy.

I’ve been searching for a while, so I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions on the kind of truck/trailer? If anyone has had any bad experiences with certain kinds of trucks or trailers? Any tips?

We want a used pickup, short bed and extended cab.

A two horse trailer with a dressing room. (preferably used as well!)

Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated!

Best place in the world to search: craiglook.com, it will search all of craigslist or up to 250 miles from a zip you put in, it is super awesome. I would recommend a Chevy or GMC Duramax 2005+ for a tow vehicle mine is far superior to any other truck I have owned.

I am a woman wanting a little pickup and am finding it hard to find one. The smaller the better.
